+30 weather means Pool time!!

Gotta love soaking up the sun at the pool. The elders weren't afraid to get a bit wet today to cool off!! and I may have got a bit wet too 😁 Peggy and Eileen loved going through the sprayer 

Summer Fun= picnics in the park

what a great way to spend the day soaking up the sun at the park. Picnic and games and watching our favourite kindergarten class play in the paddling pool!!

We were very lucky to have a pro come call bingo! Thanks dad! 

Summer love!

This weather is fantastic! We had a bbq, we got to use some fresh dill from our garden then followed by happy hour by the pool!  Some beer, water balloons and bubbles makes for a great summer day. 

Tourist

What a great afternoon. We went to the firehall museum and had a wonderful tour of Prince Alberts history then across the street the the Rusty Owl. The tour and food was a huge hit with the residents! 

103 years young

happy 103rd birthday Peggy!! 

Wow it's not often you can say that but since we can it means time to celebrate!!! Friends and family gathered near and far to help Peggy celebrate!! 

Casgrain Gardens

Paradise Path's Patio has been under construction for almost 3 years and we finally got to have a grand opening!!!
There are so many people to thank but I would like to start with the Casgrain family, due to the generosity of Mr. Maurice Casgrain we were able to create a wonderful outdoor space for the residents of the Herb Bassett Home. Maurice's wife and son both lived with us in Paradise Path so it means the world to us to dedicate our patio in the memory of them. Our outdoor area had been named "Casgrain Gardens"

We are enjoying the garden so very much!!! Thank you to the maintance department for all of their long hard hours to make this place what it is! Trevor built our garden boxes and pergolas and Lawrence and Justin made our beautiful walking path among a few other odd jobs…………..we have had so many family members help out maintaining our garden! Thank you to my moms (Herb Bassett mom) Betty and my mom Sheila for all the extra help!!
